Lify is a health and wellness app designed to help people reach their personal goals from quitting smoking to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. By combining artificial intelligence with mindfulness-based methods, the app creates personalized guidance to support users in transforming their habits and mindsets over time.
Through smart tracking, behavioral insights, and motivational nudges, Lify makes self-improvement simple, accessible, and human-centered. 
The platform adapts to each user’s profile, offering actionable suggestions and progress feedback tailored to their individual journey.
Alongside the product experience, I also created the full brand identity, developing the logo, color palette, and visual tone to reflect Lify’s calm, supportive, and optimistic personality aligning technology with empathy to inspire meaningful change.

The Outcome
Using the growing interest from the user in mindfulness, and pairing it with evidence-based clinical practice, Lify offers a digital version of a knowledgeable life coach, right there in the user’s pocket. Defining the user’s lifestyle using a complex algorithm the app offers a tailored experience.
