Improve the "entry journey" user experience on "plan-my-bathroom" on the B&Q website.
Approach 
As a Senior Product Designer UX/UI I've been defining the user experience based on the Product owner's demands and the analytics information to observe the user behavior. Working across, Product, Marketing, and Branding departments. I designed the entire user experience from the wireframes to the high designs and translated to all the breakpoint screens Increase the number of users who use the "plan-my-bathroom" and Increase the number of users who booked an appointment to meet with one of the specialists of the stores.
